	1809 LS Series This machine satisfies the most demanding industrial packaging applications. Featuring generation 3 design, the latest machine design technology combines servo technology, PLC control and machine mechanics into one optimized unit. The result is a machine with minimal moving parts, minimal maintenance requirements and maximized performance. All conveyors are either servo driven or have AC inverter duty motors powered by AC vector drives. The 1809 series are centerline machines, making them ideal for fixed production lines. The machine has many built in features, such as a cross seal that is photo-eye activated or can follow an upstream lugged conveyor similar to older mechanical machines, upstream feeder control, and many more integration options that are built into the machine as standard, making the 1809 easy to integrate into almost any application. The 1809 film plow system minimizes film usage, saving you money. There are many side-seal and lap seal options available for the film type required by your application, including side seals with no consumable items like rubber rings, pads, etc. If your application requires production performance, true 24/7 reliability, and flexibility, the 1809 series is the solution.
